Beach VolleyballDescription: Beach volleyball has been the most popular sport in Rio since 1950's, it's so easy to find a beach court to play volleyball in Rio now a day's. RST has vast experience coaching Beach Volleyball athletes from all over the world. A session consists of learning the basics, getting a sense of the different game scenarios and finally playing a match.
Duration: 1.5 hours divided between practical training and match. Recommendations: Wear light clothes or swimsuit, sunscreen lotion, sunglasses, bring water and a bath towel. Difficulty : Moderate |
FootvolleyDescription: Footvolley was invented in Brazil during the 60's and rapidly spread across the world. It requires good physical conditioning and specific technical skills. A session consists of learning the basics, getting a sense of the different game scenarios and finally playing a match.

Beach TennisDescription: The beach tennis began to be played in Rio about 2008 and have being more popular each year, brazilians has became second place in international tour, right behind Italy (first place) where the sport was created.

SurfingDescription: People had started surfing on Rio's beaches on the 50's, now a days surf is all over Brazil and many brazilian athletes have been doing well on the surf.

Stand up PaddleDescription: STAND UP PADDLE (SUP) is a sport that is becoming more and more popular all over the world, being of Hawaiian origin. SUP is an ancient form of surfing, and has resurfaced as a way for surf instructors to manage their large groups of students. In Rio there are several points where the sport is practiced, among them Copacabana, Arpoador, Praia do Flamengo, Canal da Barra and others. The section consists of a theoretical-practical class that begins in the sand, followed by practice at sea.

SlacklineDescription : Slackline is a balance sport on an elastic tape stretched between two fixed points, which allows the practitioner to walk and maneuver on top. In Brazil, Slackline was quite unknown for many years until it became popular on the beaches of Rio de Janeiro in 2010 The section consists of an assisted practice with teaching of basic movements followed by free or assisted practice.
